Elizabeth Santa Cruz is a powerhouse in the world of marketing, storytelling, and social impact - a visionary leader who has spent the past decade transforming how brands, nonprofits, and communities communicate, connect, and grow.

As the Owner of Oddly Creative Media and the Founder & CEO of the Arizona Nonprofit Awards (ANPA), Elizabeth is widely recognized as a subject matter expert in digital marketing, media production, and brand elevation. Her career has woven together the threads of philanthropy and storytelling, digital strategy and human-centered design.

Through the ANPA, Elizabeth has launched one of the most ambitious statewide initiatives supporting the nonprofit sector. She leads all aspects of strategy, outreach, and development - producing free video interviews with nonprofits across Arizona, establishing new pathways for visibility, and positioning ANPA’s annual celebration as both a recognition platform and a sustainable source of support for the organizations that strengthen our communities every day.

Whether Elizabeth is building statewide movements to uplift Arizona’s nonprofit sector or directing award-winning video campaigns that help secure life-changing grants, she is more than a marketer - she’s a mission amplifier. Her work empowers organizations to show up more boldly, speak more clearly, and engage more authentically in the spaces that matter most.

But before ANPA, there was Oddly Creative Media. Elizabeth’s boutique creative agency specializing in video production, content strategy, and digital storytelling for purpose-driven brands and nonprofits. For over a decade, Oddly Creative has served as Elizabeth’s vehicle for bringing bold, strategic, and emotionally compelling narratives to life.

From press releases and social media campaigns to full-scale video storytelling and branded multimedia content, Elizabeth has helped dozens of organizations clarify their voice, increase their visibility, and turn audience interest into long-term support. Her clients don’t just get content - they get a partner who understands how to blend strategy, heart, and results.

It takes more than subject knowledge to make a good company spokesperson. Camera presence, and the ability to think on your feet are crucial skills needed in whoever is going to represent your organization. This is an interview I secured for local nonprofit MIKID, for a fundraiser I produced. Watch the interview, here.
